Council throws open doors to public

10/7/2002

The General Social Care Council is going public. It is throwing open its meetings to anyone with an interest in social care. The agenda includes a ten-minute public question and answer session at the end of the meeting because the council is keen to get people involved in its work.

The next meeting of the council is on 15 July 2002 from 11.30 am until 3.30 pm at the GSCC's London headquarters in Hay's Lane SE1 2HB. Click here for directions.

Full copies of the papers for the meeting are available on request in a range of formats or large print.

To help us with the arrangements it would be helpful if you could let us know if you would like to attend the meeting. Places are available on a first-come first-served basis so please ring 020 7397 5143 to reserve a place or for the papers. If you are attending the meeting and wish to submit a question in advance you can do so by emailing it to info@gscc.org.uk

The council will meet again on 23 September at Goldings House in London.
