When you supply any personal information to the General Social Care Council (for example if you have a query and contact us via the online form in the contacts section) we have legal obligations towards you in the way we deal with that data. Your personal details will not be used for any other purpose than to respond to your enquiry or to contact you in the future. At anytime you can request for your name to be removed.

We will ensure that all personal information supplied is held securely, in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
