Flexibility and work-life balance
- Time off in lieu for hours worked above your normal working week.
- Up to 15 days special leave a year with pay, where agreed. This support is for those unexpected or special times when you need time off work because of personal, family, domestic or religious commitments.
- One day off, on full pay, when you move home.
- A job share policy, which lets you apply to be considered for job share in your current job.
- Where agreed, opportunities to work reduced hours on a temporary basis for personal or domestic reasons.
