We advise using a private email address as we will use this to send you an email to activate your account. Please do not use an email address that you share with other people, for example a work group or family email address, as this may put your personal details at risk of being seen by others.

We may be able to advise you of the likely cause of any issues you may be having. However, the most common reasons for access problems relates to personal firewall settings, or security settings and firewall settings if you use a PC at work.
You can get your Secure Access Code through our website. Just click on the button that says ‘No, I do not have an account and need my ‘Secure Access Code’ and we will send you your access code immediately.

Payments typically take 2-3 working days to be debited from your bank account or credit card account.
It could be the security settings on your employer’s server that are stopping you from making a payment. If you think this may be the problem we suggest you contact your IT Department or try making the payment from home.

In order to check the problem please send us a copy of the error report by doing a screen-shot (there should be a key on your keyboard that saying ‘print screen’ which you need to press and then paste this into an email) and email it to us if possible. We should then be able to interpret the error report and give you some advice about how you can continue to use MyGSCC. It may be that there is an issue with our system that we need to investigate.
Unfortunately we are unable to process your payment over the telephone. However, the GSCC is considering introducing telephone payments for the future.
Yes, you can still inform us of changes to your personal details by post, and pay your annual fee by Direct Debit or cheque.

If you’ve got your access code and set up an account but still can’t log into MyGSCC it may be due to browser compatibility issues or your firewall settings, In order to use MyGSCC you may need a browser using Internet Explorer 6.0, 7.0, or 8.0, or Firefox 2.0. You may also need to adjust the firewall settings on your computer.

Some changes to your personal details require assessment before we can update them, so may not be updated immediately. Changes requiring assessment by the GSCC can take longer to activate depending on the change you have submitted. We may need to contact you to supply us with supporting documentation regarding some of your changes, so this can result in a slight delay. For example, if you send us information about changing your name we may need to ask you for identity documents before we can make the change on our system.
The link to pay your annual fee is on the first page after logging into your account and is the third option on the list.
The link will only show when you have a payment due.

If you have a MyGSCC account it will not automatically close if you come off the register. This is to enable you to keep in contact with the GSCC if you wish and to pay any outstanding fees to us.
