The fees for GSCC registrants are listed below:
£10 application fee
£30 application fee
£155 application fee or £30 if you have a letter of verification issued by Central Council for Education and Training in Social work or the GSCC between 1990 and 30 April 2004

£30 per year for qualified social worker registrants (UK Qualified Social Worker and Social Workers who qualified outside the UK)
If we receive your application form without a fee it will be returned to you as incomplete. If you are applying for registration for the first time your payment must be made by cheque or direct debit and in GBP Sterling.
Please note that application fees are non-refundable.
If you are a registered Social Worker (Qualified), you will need to pay a £30 annual fee at the same time each year until your period of registration ends. We will write to you when this payment is due.
If you are a registered student, you will need to pay £10 each year for the duration of your course. We will write to you when this payment is due.
Registration periods are for three years. You will need to pay a renewal fee of £30 when you renew your registration. Please include your fee with your renewal application form. If you owe any outstanding fees from your previous period of registration, these will have to be paid before we can renew your registration.

If you are re-applying to join the register because your registration has lapsed or you have asked to be removed, you will have to pay an application fee of £30. You will also have to pay any outstanding fees from your previous period of registration before being registered.
Cheques or bankers drafts must be in GBP Sterling.
Please note that direct debit payments can only be set up on UK bank accounts.
MyGSCC (our online service) is currently unable to accept debit or credit card payment from our international customers.
