Events

Throughout the year the GSCC holds events for social workers, employers, educations and service users to hear their views and discuss our work.

Social workers and students

We hold a series of annual conferences to hear the view of and speak to social workers and students, as well as smaller focus groups in universities.

Service users

The input of service users is essential to the work that we do.  If you would to take part in our service user involvement programme, please get in touch.

Educators

Our social work education team hosts regular seminars and events to discuss key issues facing universities as well as the delivery and regulation of the social work degree and post qualification courses.

Employers

We hold local events for employers to discuss policy issues and good practice to discuss their responsibilities to ensure that social workers have the right environment and support to work.
