Complaints about the GSCC

We try to give the best possible service in all areas of our work, but we accept that, sometimes, something may go wrong. When this happens, we would like to know, so we can put things right.

Please raise your concerns with the person you have been dealing with so that they have the opportunity to put things right for you. If you feel unable to do this, you can contact their manager.

If you are still unhappy, there are a variety of ways you can complain. You could:
